In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, yogurt, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric, and cumin seeds. mix well to form a smooth batter.

Add finely chopped onion, red capsicum, french beans, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, and grated carrot to the batter. mix everything together until well combined.

Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and drizzle some oil on it.

Take a slice of brown bread and dip it in water for a second to moisten it. squeeze out any excess water gently.

Spread a generous amount of the prepared vegetable and gram flour batter on one side of the moistened bread slice.
