To embark on creating the spiced moong sprouts saut„©, heat olive oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, allowing them to sizzle and crackle.
Once the seeds have crackled, add the asafoetida and stir for a few moments.
Incorporate finely chopped red onion, green chilli, and ginger paste to the pan. saut„© until the onions turn translucent.
Add diced tomatoes and bell pepper, and continue saut„©ing until they soften and release their flavors.
Mix in the green moong sprouts, along with turmeric, ground coriander, garam masala, and coconut sugar. season with salt to taste.
