To prepare the spiced sweet potato & peas cutlet, take a bowl and mash the cooked sweet potatoes and peas together.

Add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chillies, and fresh coriander leaves. mix well.

Add all the dry spices - chaat masala, red chilli powder, salt, dry mango powder, roasted cumin powder, and garam masala.

Squeeze in the lemon juice and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

In a separate small bowl, mix corn flour with water to form a smooth batter.
