To prepare the spicy red bean and oat cutlet, start by cleaning, washing, and soaking red kidney beans in water overnight or for at least 7-8 hours.

Grind rolled oats into a powder using a grinder and keep it aside until required.

In a pan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add soya granules. let them boil once and puff up.

Turn off the heat and drain the soya granules using a colander. keep them aside.

Once the red kidney beans are soaked, add them to a pressure cooker along with 1 cup of soaked water.
