How To Cook?

1

To begin making the tangy taro root curry, pressure cook the taro root in a cooker with water and a little salt for about 4 whistles.

2

Once it is done, allow the pressure to release naturally, drain all the water, and set the cooked taro root aside to cool.

3

Peel off the skin from the taro root and cut them into halves.

4

In a mixer, grind black pepper powder, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, and fresh coconut into a coarse paste with a little water.

5

Heat oil in a kadai (or a pan), add mustard seeds, and let them splutter for a few seconds.
