How To Cook?

To prepare the tangy bottle gourd curry, we will use a pressure cooker for convenience.

In the pressure cooker, add the cubed bottle gourd, shallots, drumstick pieces, chopped tomato, garlic cloves, chopped ginger, tamarind pulp soaked in water, sambar powder, and salt. add about 1 cup of water.

Close the pressure cooker with its lid, place the weight on top, and pressure cook until you hear about 3 whistles.

After 3 whistles, turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally.

Once the pressure is fully released, open the cooker and give the ingredients a gentle stir.
