In a bowl, combine the potatoes, rajgira flour, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, ginger-green chilli paste, peanuts, and rock salt. mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated. add one-fourth cup of water and mix to form a dough.

Divide the dough into eight equal portions. take a portion of the dough and shape it into a roundel, forming a thalipeeth.

Heat ghee on a non-stick tawa or griddle. place the thalipeeth on the heated surface and shallow-fry it over medium heat. flip it and cook on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
