How To Cook?

In a deep bowl, pour hot water and add soybean granules. soak them for 10 minutes until they become soft.

After 10 minutes, squeeze out the excess water from the soybean granules by pressing them with your palms. transfer them to another bowl.

Add boiled and mashed potatoes, chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, salt, and gram flour to the soybean granules. mix well until all the ingredients are combined and the mixture resembles dough. if the mixture is sticky, add more gram flour as needed.

Take small portions of the mixture, roll them between your palms, and shape them into balls. you can adjust the size of the balls according to your preference.

Prepare the remaining balls in the same way.
