Once fully cooked, strain the water and set the jackfruit aside to dry.

In a blender, combine the boiled jackfruit with fresh coconut and green chilli, and blend it into a smooth paste without adding water.

Add the wheat flour, salt, cardamom powder, and cumin powder to the jackfruit paste, and mix everything well. allow the jackfruit kofta mixture to cool down.

Shape the mixture into small flat oval-shaped balls to form the koftas.
