How To Cook?

Cook the soya chunks according to the instructions on the package. drain them, squeeze out excess water, and set them aside.

Heat oil in a pan. add fennel seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, and bay leaves. let them sizzle.

Add finely chopped onions and a pinch of salt. saute until the onions turn lightly translucent.

Add red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, and a dash of water. cook the spice powders until the oil separates.

Puree the ripe tomatoes and add them to the pan. mix well. bring the mixture to a boil and simmer until you see a thin layer of oil floating on top.
