How To Cook?

Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into 1-inch pieces.

Use a food chopper or blender to mince the onions and garlic.

In a frying pan or saucepan, heat oil over high heat. add the minced onions and garlic and saute while stirring periodically. initially, keep the heat high for about 8 to 10 minutes to allow the onion water to evaporate quickly.

While the onion mixture is cooking, add the tomatoes to the same food chopper or blender and puree them.

Once the onion water has evaporated, reduce the heat to medium and continue frying the onions for 8 to 9 minutes, stirring frequently, until they turn light brown.
