How To Cook?

1

In a bowl, combine the beef with all the marinade ingredients. mix well to ensure the beef is coated evenly. set it aside and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

2

Heat ghee in a large, heavy-based pan. add cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom, black pepper, and bay leaves. let them sizzle and release their aroma.

3

Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir fry over high heat until the juices are absorbed and the meat starts to brown.

4

Include the green chillies and water to the pan. reduce the heat, cover, and simmer gently for 25-30 minutes until the beef is about two-thirds cooked.

5

Add the tomatoes and ginger to the pan. cook over high heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring continuously to break down the tomatoes. add a couple of tablespoons of water if needed to prevent the sauce from sticking to the pan.
