To prepare bengali style cauliflower dumplings (fulkopir paturi), grate the cauliflower and soak it in hot water for 2-3 minutes.

Drain the water and squeeze the grated cauliflower. place it in a wide bowl.

Grind together green chilies, fresh coconut, garlic cloves, and mustard seeds powder to make a thick paste with very little water.

Add the ground paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, mustard oil, cumin seeds, sugar, and salt to the grated cauliflower.

Mix the ingredients well using your hands, cover the bowl, and let it marinate for 45 minutes.
