How To Cook?

Fill a pan with water and bring it to a boil.

Add chopped carrots and beans to the boiling water. blanch them on low to medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until they become tender.

Add peas to the boiling water and blanch until all the vegetables are evenly cooked.

Once the vegetables are perfectly blanched, remove them from the water and let them cool down.

In the same water, add diced potatoes and boil them until they reach a soft consistency.
