One-pot pilaf: heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a large saucepan over medium heat. add ginger, garlic, onions, and green chilies. saut„© until the onions soften and turn translucent.

Veggies and spices: introduce the chopped carrots, french beans, and potatoes to the pan along with bay leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and the freshly ground spice powder. stir well to combine the ingredients.

Adding rice: add the soaked basmati rice, salt, and 2 cups of water to the pan. bring the mixture to a vigorous boil.
