How To Cook?

Shred the cabbage, finely chop the onion, and slice the green chillies.

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, chopped onion, gram flour, salt, turmeric, and chilli powder. toss well to coat the cabbage evenly with the spice mixture.

Heat oil in a pan or skillet over medium heat.

Add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves to the hot oil. allow them to sizzle and release their flavors.

Add the cabbage mixture to the pan and toss well to combine with the tempering ingredients. cook and stir for about 5 minutes until the cabbage starts to soften.
