Wash the green capsicum, remove the seeds, and cut them into thin strips. set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpea flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, dry mango powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala.

Heat sunflower oil in a pan or kadai over medium heat. add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
