How To Cook?

Heat virgin olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. add minced garlic and saute for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add blanched bok choy, broccoli, peas, mushroom, chinese cabbage, asparagus, zucchini, and carrot to the wok. stir-fry the vegetables for a few minutes until they are crisp-tender.

In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, sugar, and vegetable stock. pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables in the wok and continue to stir-fry for another minute, ensuring that the vegetables are well coated with the sauce.

Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fried vegetables and give it a final toss.

Transfer the stir-fried vegetables to a serving plate and garnish with chopped spring onions.
