To prepare the creamy chickpea coconut curry, soak 1 cup of chickpeas overnight in sufficient water.

The next day, transfer the soaked chickpeas along with 3 cups of water into a pressure cooker. add some salt, close the pressure cooker, and cook for 6-8 whistles.

Allow the pressure to release naturally before opening the pressure cooker.
