How To Cook?

To make the dough, mix the wheat flour, semolina, olive oil, carom seeds, and salt in a bowl to form coarse crumbs.

Gradually add water to the mixture and knead it into a soft and firm dough.

Knead the dough continuously for 2-3 minutes and cover it with a moist muslin cloth. allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes.

For the stuffing, heat olive oil in a pan and saut„© the chopped spinach on high heat until it softens and the water evaporates. remove from heat and let it cool.

In a bowl, combine the cooled spinach with cottage cheese, finely chopped green chilies, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt. adjust the seasoning according to taste.
